Palace Kitchen is a Seattle icon that began in 1996. The open kitchen sets the scene, with chef's staged against a woodfire hearth, while the horseshoe bar is hard to crowd into, as the night progresses. Settle in for dinner at one of the booths with low, intimate lighting or reserve one of our private rooms. Guests of the Palace love the whole trout, cult-level wings and the burger royale made to start or end your night, as food is served until midnight.
